If you see the error "You already have a subscription..." or "For technical reasons..." when joining a family, go to https://okko.tv/settings where you're logged into your Sber ID and check the subscription status on the left. Your subscription may already be active.
If it says "Connect," there's an error with Sber. Call or email Sber support. They'll resolve the issue and activate your subscription. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL WORK!
