# How to place an order

2️⃣ After payment, Supercell will send a confirmation code to this email address.

3️⃣ Send the confirmation code to the merchant to complete the top-up.

Accounts from some regions, such as Russia and Belarus, cannot be topped up directly using tags. Top-ups will be processed through **secure Supercell ID login**.

🎮 Received Credits

After the top-up is complete, gems or Brawl Passes will be automatically added to your account.
