📦 Top-up Process:

1️⃣ After purchase, you will immediately receive a unique 16-digit product code. Please send this code to the seller through the chat window on oplata.info.

2️⃣ In the product chat window, please provide your account login details.

3️⃣ After receiving your information, we will log in to your account and activate the required subscription.

4️⃣ We do not store any of your information. After the top-up is completed, please change your password yourself.

Verification may be required during the top-up process. If confirmation from your side is needed and is not completed in time, we will not be able to finish the service. Please stay in touch with us while the recharge is being processed.

Refunds are not supported for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
• you do not like the product
• you no longer want it
• you do not know how to use it
• you purchased the wrong item by mistake
