A two-story house with a fireplace – a project that combines the comfort of tradition and modern functionality.

This house with a fireplace combines traditional warmth and modern comfort. A massive brick fireplace occupies the center of the living room, not only warming the space but also serving as a visual focal point, drawing the family together around its soft flames. Large panoramic windows let in natural light, and sliding glass doors open onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the evening breeze after a cozy evening by the fire.

Architecturally, the fireplace serves as the visual center, around which a seating area is organized: a soft sofa, armchairs, and a low table for tea. During the colder months, the fireplace becomes a natural magnet for family gatherings and entertaining guests.

Full design documentation for a two-story residential house, approximately 200 m² in size, is presented, in which the fireplace is the central element of the living room. The project was developed with energy-efficient solutions, convenient zoning, and aesthetic details creating an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
