✔️ Full Warranty Coverage During the Paid Subscription Period

Your account is covered for the entire purchased period in the following cases:

• Plus/Premium benefits are removed from the account.
• The active subscription disappears before the expiration date.
• The account is delivered without an active Plus/Premium subscription.
• Login issues occur that are not related to account suspension or user misuse.

In any of these situations, a replacement account will be provided during the active subscription period.

❗ Account Suspension Policy

Account suspensions are generally caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Suspicious or unusual account activity.
• Use of unsafe or free VPN services.
• Frequent changes of browser, device, IP address, or location.
• Violations detected by the platform's security systems.

As account suspensions are not always attributable to the account itself, suspension-related warranty is limited to 3 days from the date of purchase.

If an account becomes suspended more than 3 days after delivery, it is not eligible for replacement or refund under warranty.

• Avoid using free or unreliable VPN services.
• Avoid frequent device, browser, or location changes.
• Follow all usage instructions provided with the account.
• Use the account responsibly and in accordance with platform guidelines.
