❗️ IMPORTANT RULES (Must read before activation!)

One code — one new account. The code is intended for activation on an account that has not previously had similar promotional subscriptions.
Use a “clean” IP and device. It is prohibited to activate the code from an IP address or device that has already used ExitLag subscriptions on other accounts.
Error #E01.5. If you see this error, it means that your account has already participated in a similar promotion. Unfortunately, after this error, the key becomes invalid, and we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

🔧 What to do if you encounter a problem?

If the code does not work (error “Invalid code” #E01):
To receive a replacement, please provide a video recording that was started before the purchase and shows the entire process from payment to the attempt to activate the code. You can upload the video to Google Drive, YouTube, or Yandex.Disk and send us the link.

⚠️ Agreement before activation

Once you have successfully activated the code, responsibility for the further validity of the subscription passes to you. We cannot control whether you have changed your IP address or used a “clean” device, as specified in the rules.
