Buyers need to enter the game to check the completion of the purchase.

Refunds are possible:

- the entire amount if the seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full, as well as in the event of exceeding the order fulfillment deadlines by the seller (due to the fault of the seller);
- with a 30% commission deduction, at the initiative of the buyer (change of purchase decision, wrong product, unread instructions or product description, inappropriate platform, lost access to the account or its blocking, as well as in the event of technical problems beyond the control of the seller and forced delays in fulfilling the order due to problems with the account), only if the goods have NOT yet been delivered to the account;

After the goods have been delivered to the buyer´s account, no refunds are made. The goods are considered delivered if the seller has made a purchase to the account you specified in the order form. In the event of providing an incorrect and / or unconnected account, the funds are not compensated to the buyer.
