Все отлично! У кого сертификаты Минцифры на винде и прочие РФ, надо убрать галку - подписывание списка доверия (Microsoft), иначе блокируется интернет соединение. Сертификаты - Сертификаты (Локальный компьютер) - Доверенные корневые центры сертификации - Реестр - Сертификаты. Далее выбираем нужный сертификат, правой кнопкой и во всплывающем меню жмём свойства. Выбираем - Разрешить только следующие назначения - убираем галочку подписывание списка доверия (Microsoft), сохраняем, перезагружаем.
