Working project for heating the compressor station control room building:
The building is provided with a single-pipe hot-water heating system with an upper distribution, with the accompanying movement of water of the left ring.
In the administrative premises, MS 140-108 radiators are installed, in the ZVS workshop, electrical panel room and ACS laboratory - registers made of smooth pipes.
In the electrical panel room, the connection of the heating device and pipelines is to be performed by welding.
The project provides for fencing of heating devices in the technical documentation room and the visiting personnel storeroom with screens made of sheet steel.
Control unit pipelines with a diameter of over 50 mm and air heater heat supply pipelines are to be made of electric-welded pipes according to GOST 10704-91.
The heating system pipelines are to be made of water and gas pipes according to GOST 3262-75*
All heating system pipelines and heating devices are to be painted with oil paint in 2 coats.
The main riser and pipelines in the underfloor channel are to be thermally insulated with a down cord made of mineral wool with a covering layer of rolled fiberglass TU 6-11-145-80.
