1. Saponification of ethyl acetate with alkali proceeds according to the reaction:
CH3COOC2H5 NaOH —-> CH3COONa C2H5OH
The kinetics of this reaction was studied by titrating samples of the same
volume (10 ml) of 0.01 M HCl solution. The titration results are shown below:

Calculate the reaction rate constant.
