Product Description
4. To construct a calibration graph for determining indium in semiconductor gallium, standard solutions were prepared and the limiting diffusion current was measured (device sensitivity 1/25):
Indium concentration, µg/10 ml 0.2 0.4 0.6 1.0
Limit current, µA 2.3 4.8 6.3 11.4
A 0.35 g sample of gallium was dissolved and, after appropriate treatment, the solution was diluted with water to 50 ml. With a device sensitivity of 1/10, the indium wave height turned out to be 9.5 µA. Determine the percentage of indium in gallium.
