If the account was created with Google login, you must provide both email and password.

If the subscription cannot be activated due to an error on our side, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

If the subscription becomes unavailable during the purchased period due to a service-related issue, please contact us through the order chat. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution if it is covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Account suspension, restriction, or termination caused by violations of the platform’s Terms of Service or usage policies

The warranty applies to the subscription only. The account itself is not covered by the warranty.
