How does the purchase happen?
1. After payment you provide access to your account.
2. I go to your profile and top up your Steam Wallet
3. I top up the balance with an amount equal to the price of the game (Argentina, Ukraine, Turkey, Ukraine, USA)
4. As soon as the balance is replenished by the required amount, you buy the game yourself.
5. The balance is replenished with a delay, but this is compensated by the low price (you save money, there is no need to overpay)
