1. Appeared and fixed by the next bar Red arrow pointing down - SELL.
2. Appeared and fixed by the next bar Green arrow pointing up - BUY.

2 way trading.

If, after the appearance of the arrow, the price did not go in the appropriate direction, you can try to trade on the rebound.
