Product Description
Detailed design of a valve assembly plant for a CHP boiler plant.
Control of electric gate valves and control valves:
Control of electric gate valves is implemented according to two schemes:
- remotely - from the control panel of the control room using control keys;
- in place - with the buttons "OPEN", "CLOSED", "STOP" from the blocks of electric drives of the BEZ gate valves, the blocks of the BEZ are located at the place of installation of the electric drives.
The control commands are sent to the BOE-5401V electric motor control units located in the valve assembly, which are designed to control the reversible control and shut-off EA of pipeline valves.
Control of electric actuators of actuating mechanisms of control valves is carried out with the help of BRU-42I control units located on the control panel of the control room.
The composition of the working documentation section:
1. General data.
2. Scheme of automation.
3. Schematic electrical circuits for control of valve drives.
4. Electrical schematic diagram of process signaling and protection of boilers.
5. Schematic diagram of the valve assembly cabinets.
6. Connection diagrams for rows of clamps.
7. Wiring diagrams.
8. Plan of cable routes.
9. Assignment to the manufacturer to assemble 0.4 kV gate valves.
10. Installation of cabinets for assembling 0.4 kV gate valves.
11. Gate valve electric drive unit (BEZ). Dimensional drawing.
12. Cable magazine.
13. Specification of equipment, products and materials.
Format - DWG compatible with AutoCAD 2004-2017, Compass, ZWCAD, nanoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.
