Product Description
69. A metal conductor made of nickel is immersed in a 0.001 M NiCl2 salt solution.
Calculate the value relative to the electrode potential of this electrode. Using the table of standard electrode potentials, draw up a diagram of a galvanic cell in which the electrode in question is the anode. For the selected galvanic cell, write down the equations of electrode processes and the equation of the electrochemical process. Calculate the value of the EMF, taking the electrode potential of the cathode equal to the standard. What is the standard emf?
