Product Description
1. Calculate the potential energy u of the interaction of two plane-parallel plates in an aqueous electrolyte solution with concentration c, at the value of the diffuse layer potential φs, relative permittivity εr and temperature t. When calculating, take Hamaker's constant А* = 3.0•10–20 J. Make calculations for the distances between the plates h: 2, 5, 10, 15, 25, 50 nm. Plot the dependence u = f(h).
Task Electrolyte c, mmol/l t, °С εr φd, mV
