3. To determine the acidity of kefir, 10.00 cm3 of it was placed in an electrochemical cell, 20.00 cm3 of water was added and titrated with a sodium hydroxide solution with a molar concentration equivalent of 0.1000 mol/dm3. The change in potential was measured during the titration. Calculate the acidity of kefir in Turner degrees (T0) according to the potentiometric titration data (the Turner degree shows the volume of 0.1000 NaOH used to titrate 100 cm3 of kefir):
