Product Description
Electrode I
Electrode type Electrolyte concentration, mol/l
Ag(NO)3|Ag 0.1
Electrode II
Electrode type Electrolyte concentration, mol/l
FeCl3|Fe 0.2
at 298 K and 1 atm there are two electrodes of the first kind
Necessary:
1) make a correctly open GE out of them (write down the circuit);
2) name which class this GE belongs to;
3) write down the reactions taking place on the electrodes and the current-forming reaction;
4) calculate the standard EMF of a given galvanic cell;
5) calculate the activity of the potential of the determining ions and the EMF of the galvanic cell.
