Product Description
5. To standardize the KMnO4 solution, two weighed portions of ammonium oxalate crystal hydrate (NH4)2C2O4*H2O in 0.1600 g and 0.1802 g were taken. They were dissolved in an arbitrary amount of water and titrated with a KMnO4 solution. 23.52 ml was used for titration of the first sample, and 25.22 ml for titration of the second sample. Determine the titer and molar concentration of the equivalent KMnO4 solution by taking the average of the two determinations.
