• International Development & Aid Project (IDAP) - This new faction is a non-governmental organization specializing in rapid response to humanitarian disasters. The faction includes new clothing and equipment with IDAP branding
• Remnants of War mini-campaign - Take on the role of munitions disposal specialist Nathan McDaid, who is tasked with finding and clearing mines after the end of the war in the Republic of Altis and Stratis.
• Van - IDAP has a new van, which comes in a variety of modifications with more than twenty color options. Each modification meets a specific purpose, for example, for transporting goods or transporting people. There is also a modification in the form of an ambulance.
• Service UAV and Demining Drone - IDAP has a new drone capable of quickly delivering supplies to a given location. A special modification of this drone is used for IDAP demining work.
