Product Description
11. Optical densities of standard aqueous solutions of levomycetin containing 0.15, 0.30, 0.45, 0.60 and 0.75 mg of the drug in 25 ml, measured at = 280 nm and cuvette thickness l = 1 cm, are equal to 0.127, 0.245, 0.378, 0.510 and 0.630, respectively. Using the calibration curve method, determine the concentration of levomycetin and calculate its mass in 100 ml of the analyzed solution, if the optical density of this solution under the same conditions is 0.498. From the constructed calibration graph, determine the mass absorption coefficient of levomycetin at a given wavelength
