❗ IMPORTANT:
— A declined payment by a specific service does not automatically mean that the card is not working.
— Each service has its own payment acceptance rules and anti-fraud systems, which are beyond the seller’s control.
— If additional information is required to investigate the issue or complete the payment, the buyer must provide it directly in the order chat.

⚠️ REFUND POLICY

— If the issue is caused by us and the card is confirmed to be non-functional, a full refund will be issued.

— If a payment on a U.S.-based service is declined, a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction from the order amount. Payments on U.S. services are not guaranteed.

— If the buyer refuses the seller’s proposed solution or does not provide the information required to verify or complete the payment, a full refund will not be issued.

— In some cases, refunds may take up to 24 hours.
