2. Scan the QR code — you need Wi-Fi or another internet connection to install.
3. In settings, enable the eSIM for mobile data and turn on "Data roaming" for it.
4. On arrival, the phone connects to the network automatically.

• "+ phone number" plans include a UK number (+44). The number works ONLY within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and only for local calls and SMS: international calls are not available and the number does not work outside the UK (including at home before or after the trip). Not available in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Call forwarding and voicemail are not supported; receiving verification SMS from banks and services is not guaranteed.

When does the validity period start? — From the first connection to a network in the United Kingdom, not from purchase or installation. You can install the eSIM in advance.
Can I share the internet? — Yes, hotspot / tethering works.
Do I need a passport or registration? — No.
Will my main SIM keep working? — Yes: calls and SMS go through your SIM as usual, data goes through the eSIM.
I ran out of data before the period ended. — Your balance is always visible in your account; when it runs out, simply buy a new plan.
I deleted the eSIM from my phone. — The profile cannot be restored; you will need a new one. Do not delete the eSIM until the end of your trip.
