Product Description
2. To determine the shelf life of the medicine by the accelerated method, it was found that the half-lives at t1oC and t2oC are respectively equal to t1/2(1) and t1/2(2) minutes. Calculate the rate constants of the hydrolysis of the pharmaceutical preparation at the indicated temperatures, assuming that the decomposition of this mixture is described by the kinetic equation of the first order reaction. Determine the storage time of the medicine at t3oC (decomposition time of 1% of the substance) t1oC = 84; t2oC=93; t1/2(1)=40; t1/2(2)=12; t3oC=5.
