XCOM® 2: War of the Chosen is the expansion to the award-winning 2016 strategy game.

XCOM® 2: War of the Chosen adds extensive new content to the fight against ADVENT as additional resistance factions form to eliminate the alien threat on Earth. In response, a new enemy, known as "The Chosen One", appears with one goal: to fight off the Commander. This add-on includes new hero classes to fight the Chosen Ones, new enemies, missions, environments, and deeper strategic gameplay.
Functions

NEW FACTIONS AND HERO CLASSES

Three additional factions have emerged to bolster Earth's resistance - the Reapers, the Skirmishers, and the Templars - each with their own unique abilities and opposing philosophies. These factions provide powerful soldiers of the hero class to assist in missions and new opportunities for the strategy level.

CHOSEN

The Chosen Ones are the most insidious enemies XCOM has ever faced, each with unique strengths and weaknesses that will emerge in each new campaign. The Chosen hunt the Commander and will kidnap, interrogate, and kill XCOM soldiers in order to complete their task. The Chosen Ones can also invade the strategy level and disrupt global XCOM operations. Find the fortresses of the Chosen and raid them to defeat the enemy forever.

NEW ADVENTURE AND ADVENTURE THREATS

A deadly new alien known as the Ghost, capable of creating dark replicas of XCOM soldiers, has made its way onto the battlefield. Adopt new tactics to counter him, as well as the explosive attacks of the Advent Purifier and the Psionically Charged Advent Priest.

NEW ENVIRONMENT AND MISSION OBJECTIVES

Engage in tactical missions in new environments from abandoned cities devastated by alien bioweapons during the initial invasion, to underground tunnels and xenoformed wilderness areas.

EXTENDED STRATEGIC LAYER

Manage XCOM's faction relationships and counter the operations of the Chosen from the Avenger. Use the new Resistance Orders to prioritize your personal strategy. Soldiers, Scientists and Engineers can now be deployed in Covert Operations that, if successful, will provide supplies and boost faction disposition.

3️⃣ Go to the "My games" section, select "Activate via Steam" and enter the key.
