Product Description
206. A glass electrode, connected to a galvanic circuit with a reference electrode at T=298K, was first immersed in a solution with pH=3.5, and then in the test milk sample. At the same time, the EMF of the circuit increased by 0.15 V. The pH of milk is normally in the range of 6.6-6.9. Assess the result of the milk study, given that the measuring electrode is charged negatively with respect to the reference electrode.
