How long will it take to saponify 80% ethyl acetate if 1 liter of CH3COOC2H5 solution (C=0.04 mol/l) is mixed with 1 liter of NaOH solution (c=0.02 mol/l). How many times will it take longer if the starting materials are diluted 10 times?
