The novel is about the life and fate of the people in general and the intelligentsia in particular, during the Soviet regime, the Yeltsin unrest and Putin's dictatorship. The novel demonstrates the only possible source of capital, further power and all its attendant; demonstrates the imperfection of dictatorial rule, and offers new forms, such as the rule of citizens by their own state, through e-government.

The novel was written in the period from April 15, 2010 to December 8, 2011 in my personal blog: since 2000, I developed and popularized the idea of governing the state through the Internet, first in forums, then on the website created for this purpose.
