The storyline of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty continues in Heart of the Swarm
Sarah Kerrigan decided to revive the Swarm and take revenge on Arcturus Mengsk
Throughout the 20 missions of the campaign, players will follow Kerrigan across the galaxy in search
of unusual varieties of Zerg that can replenish her army.
With each new mission, Kerrigan's power will grow, and players will be able to choose new powerful abilities for her.
In addition, users will have to engage in mutation experiments to breed new terrifying subspecies of Zerg.
Thus, the players themselves determine their own style of play.

In the multiplayer mode of Heart of the Swarm, new combat units will appear — Terran "Hellitrons", Zerg swarms and Protoss "Hurricanes".
New capabilities will be added to existing combat units.
