Topic: "Calculation of a drum dryer"
Initial data:
1. The temperature of the drying agent at the entrance to the drum - td = 550ºC;
2. Equivalent particle diameter of the material - dch = 0.30 mm;
3. Productivity of the installation for the dried material - Gk = 0.65 t/h;
4. The initial moisture content of the material in terms of dry weight - un = 65;
5. The final moisture content of the material in terms of dry weight - uk = 7.5;
6. Initial moisture content of air - xо = 10 g/kg;
7. Drying material - river sand.
8. Natural dry gas of the following composition is used as fuel:
CH4 - 92.0; C2H6 - 0.5; H2 - 5; CO - 1; N2 - 1.5.
