Product Description
Working design of heating and ventilation systems of the power unit of the CS:
Solutions for the heating system of the power unit:
1. The heating devices in the power unit are registers of 6 smooth electric-welded straight-seam pipes f 114x4.0 according to GOST 10704-91*
2. All heating devices and pipelines are made by welding.
3. Uninsulated pipelines and heating devices after installation are to be painted with oil paint in 2 coats.
4. In the KTP room for repair work, provide for the use of a KE-7.5TV fan heater, which allows increasing the indoor air temperature in the room from 5°C to 16°C.
Solutions for the ventilation system of the power unit:
1. Ventilation of the battery room is provided by supply and exhaust mechanical and natural.
2. The inflow into the battery room is carried out by opening the P200x400e damper, interlocked with the exhaust system. The exhaust system is interlocked with the battery and is switched on when 2.3 V is reached on the batteries.
3. Exhaust ventilation - mechanical through an ejector. The vacuum is created by fans installed on the roof, one is working, the second is a backup. The exhaust is carried out from the upper and lower zones: 1/3 - from the lower, 2/3 - from the upper.
The project also provides for natural exhaust ventilation in the amount of 1x.
4. Ventilation of the KTP and electrical panel room is mechanical supply, exhaust - natural according to heat emissions from the equipment in the summer.
