Product Description
3. During thermometric titration of 20.00 ml of a solution containing Ca2 and Mg2 with a 1.0 M EDTA solution (k=0.9521), an increase in temperature was first observed, followed by a decrease. The maximum temperature rise (Ca2 is titrated) corresponded to a titrant volume of 0.12 ml, and the minimum temperature value (both Ca2 and Mg2 are titrated) corresponded to a titrant volume of 0.26 ml. Calculate the concentration (g/l) of Ca and Mg in the solution under study.
