2. Write the electronic graphic formula of an atom of an element with the indicated serial number (see option number). Indicate the type of element (s-, p-, d-, f-), is it a metal or non-metal? Indicate the valence electrons of the atom of this element. What are its valence capabilities? If excited states are possible for a given atom, then write them using electronic formulas. If impossible, explain why. How many unpaired electrons are there in an atom in the ground state and how many in the excited state? How many vacant orbitals are there in an atom in the ground and excited states? Determine the highest and lowest oxidation states of an atom of a given element. What properties - oxidizing, reducing, or both - will an atom exhibit in the highest, lowest and other oxidation states? How do the properties of atoms of a given element change in comparison with neighboring elements in the period?
