The distance between the plates of a flat capacitor is 10 mm, the potential difference is 10 kV. A mica plate, the dimensions of which are equal to the dimensions of the capacitor, was pushed into the gap between the plates. Determine the polarization charge on the mica surface, assuming that the plates are always connected to the current source.
