Product Description
A body of mass m oscillates in the vertical direction inside a box of mass M lying on a horizontal table surface. Springs with stiffnesses k1 and k2 are attached to the body (figure), the ends of which are fixed to the upper and lower walls of the box. Determine at what amplitude of vibration the box will begin to bounce, lifting off the surface of the table on which it lies.
