2. A 0.306 g sample of crude aluminum salt was dissolved in dilute acid and treated with excess ammonium oxalate and ammonia. The resulting precipitate of aluminum oxalate was filtered, washed, dissolved in dilute acid and titrated, using 36 ml of 0.121 N KMnO4 solution. Calculate the % aluminum content in the sample.
