1. To 50.00 ml of the filtrate extract from bakery products, 2-3 drops of a 1% alcohol solution of phenolphthalein were added and titrated with 0.1 N. alkali solution to a slightly pink color. 10.00 ml of NaOH solution was used for titration. Determine the titer of the NaOH solution and the titer of the NaOH solution in HCl.
