The distant future. A psionic hormone was discovered in the human brain, granting humans extrasensory abilities and completely changing the world as we know it. But just as the light of a new era dawned on humanity, mindless mutants, called Others, began descending from the skies, thirsting for brains. They were incredibly resistant to conventional weapons, and to defeat the threat and save humanity, the world needed fighters of a completely new level. Start the game with one of two characters, each with their own story. Yuito Sumeragi is an enthusiastic new recruit from an influential political family. Kasane Randall has been a longtime member of the SPG, and her strength and experience have earned her respect.
