In the process of performing an analysis of the requirements for the information system, the composition of the input information was determined, which includes: data on the departments of the design institute; data on the offices of the design institute; job data; employee data; data on activities; additional information about the employee. The required information is contained in the accounting, organizational, administrative and reference documents of the design institute: regulations on subdivisions; regulations on document circulation; personal files of employees; accounting invoices and statements.
