The subject area of ​​IS is a warehouse of goods.
Minimum list of characteristics:
- product code; purpose of the goods; quantity in stock; the cost of a unit of goods; product description;
- the name of the supplier of the goods; delivery time and quantity of goods in delivery;
– code of the storekeeper; The name of the storekeeper.
In connection with the description of the subject area, the created IS must meet a number of requirements:
- automation of workflow;
- displaying a real picture of warehouse affairs;
– presentation of the possibility of data updating;
– focus on the end user, be simple and easy to use.
List of tasks solved by IS:
- obtaining information about goods in stock;
- obtaining information about a specific product in the warehouse;
- obtaining information about the supplier of goods;
- Obtaining information about storekeepers.
