The analysis of the remuneration of the teaching staff of the university and the UVP and the analysis of the Pay Related Performance motivation system made it possible to formulate the following requirements for the bonus system for the teaching staff.
The developed system should take into account the following provisions:
- the system must be implemented in the Microsoft Access DBMS;
- the system should consist of a number of directories that allow unifying the source data;
- the system should allow keeping records of the teaching staff in the context of departments;
– the system should take into account various allowances;
– the system should be able to calculate premiums;
– the system should be able to generate reports and upload data to Microsoft Excel.

I enclose the text of the report on 26 sheets.
