What format to choose?

EPUB - if you have an iPhone/iPad and iBooks is installed, this is your choice.

FB2 is an excellent format for reading both on a computer and on smartphones / tablets. There are a lot of programs, old and good - Cool Reader.
Available for Android, IOS, Windows Phone.

HTML - the book will open on any PC/device that has a browser. The option is suitable if, for example, you do not have a reader installed, but you want to read here and now (but there is always a more convenient Online reader).

RTF is the same DOC. The format is easy to read in MS Word, Open Office and similar software.

TXT is the simplest format - there is no normal markup or pictures, but it is supported by any device.
