Installing a skin for new versions of Minecraft 1.7.10, 1.8, 1.9.2, 1.10.2, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13:
1. Rename our skin to steve.png Go to the game folders.
2. To do this, press WIN R and enter AppData\.minecraft
3. Open the versions\x.x.x\x.x.x.jar file with the apxivator. (where xxx version of Minecraft)
4. In the open jar file, go to the folder assets -> minecraft -> textures -> entity
(full path would be: \versions\x.x.x\x.x.x.jar\assets\minecraft\textures\entity)
5. Drag and drop the steve.png skin file into the arxivator window in the entity folder and confirm the replacement.
6. Close everything and start Minecraft.

Installing a skin for versions below 1.5.2
1. Rename our skin to char.png Go to the game folders.
2. To do this, press WIN R and enter AppData\.minecraft
3. Open minecraft.jar with the apxifier, which is in the bin folder
4. Go to the mob folder and move there with the replacement of our skin char.png
5. Go into the game, change the view with the F5 key and enjoy the new skin.
