Product Description
Patient Uv-na R.A., born in 1927.
Complaints:
"No memory."
The patient grew up healthy, cheerful, capable, graduated from high school, worked as a typist. Married since 23 years. She was always a very good housewife, “handywoman of all trades,” pedantically accurate; cooked well. Since 1945, a memory disorder began to be observed. In 1949, this disorder became gross. The patient forgot her father’s name, forgot how to cook; when she was asked to peel carrots, she did not understand, she asked what carrots were. She made handkerchiefs from very small rags, darned, like stockings, old, torn unnecessary scarves. My dishes, asking where to get a towel, immediately forgot the answer. Caring for a sick mother, she could not cope with simple matters; instead of serving the ship
Clinical diagnosis: Peak's disease.
Questions:
1. What are the reasons in this particular case for the appointment of a forensic psychiatric examination?
2. What type of forensic psychiatric examination (at the venue) is appropriate to appoint in this particular case and justify your decision.
3. What investigative steps must be taken before the appointment of a forensic psychiatric examination?
4. To issue a decision on the appointment of a forensic psychiatric examination.
5. In the case of unlawful acts, how can this entity be recognized in criminal proceedings (sane, insane, limited sane)? Justify by what criteria and give a formula of insanity.
6. How can this subject be recognized in a civil proceeding (legal capacity, legal capacity, legal capacity, limited legal capacity)? Justify by what criteria and give a formula for incapacity.
7. Is this subject a public danger? If so, prove it.
8. What coercive and non-coercive measures of a medical nature can be assigned to a given person if they need them and justify their purpose.
