Distant Stars is a new thematic expansion in which players will face new anomalies and storylines, as well as meet new strange creatures in the unexplored depths of space. It has new surprises that can help ambitious researchers or harm them.

• Behind closed doors: find the hidden traces of an ancient airlock network that opens a secret path to a constellation outside our galaxy. But does this door hold something outside or lock something inside?
• Sensors register ... hardly possible: encounter dozens of new anomalies and events for your fearless scientists to observe and analyze, as well as a galaxy of wonders that remains to be discovered
• Wonderful new worlds: put on a star map unique solar systems, each with its own history. Gain technology, resources, and valuable worlds for colonization
• Size matters: encounter a number of unique giant creatures that exist and thrive in the vacuum of space. But be careful, because these giants, whether seemingly meek or ominous, these legendary monsters existed long before you and will do everything to survive anyone
